This is a Hatha style class, is open to all levels. Let your instructor guide you through poses & breathing that will stretch and strengthen your body, and calm your mind.



Fusion is the perfect blend of yoga-based mobility, strength & high intensity intervals, plus powerful & relaxing breathwork. Guided by uplifting music, you'll challenge your body and watch your nervous system response, in order to clear, calm, and invigorate your mind.
