Join us in the nourishing Wild Island Collective for our Autumn Equinox event as we set intentions for this next season of Fall. In this offering, Mandy will guide the group in some pranayama (breathwork), gentle movement, journey prompts, a cacao ceremony full of connection, followed by a sound bath. Autumn Equinox marks the first day of Fall and represents the energy of surrender. In this event you are invited to come cultivate space, presence, and softness so that you may open to receive all that is in store for you this Autumn. Please bring a cup for cacao, journal, your favorite pen to write with, yoga mat, and anything to make you more comfy (e.g., blankets, bolsters, pillows, etc.)!
