Tea + Meditation IV

A guided plant meditation is a practice that aids in calming and grounding the mind, fostering connections among individuals, and allowing a tranquil and relaxed moment to enter your day. During this session, involves light movement and breathing exercises. You will have the opportunity to engage with a herb, through a cup of a tea - perhaps one you have never explored before – or a plant that has been familiar to you for years. As stated by Braiding Sweetgrass, "It is the intertwining of science, spirit, and story, old and new stories that can be the medicine."

Remember to bring your favorite mug, journal, pen, and anything else for your comfort in a seated position. 

*Suggested donation is $15 per person, but give what you can :)
